Worst app for delivery in turkey, i have ordered food 2 times at the same day firstly the made me wait for 2 hours for each and then when I contacted them they were saying after 10 minutes it will be at your door, and then after telling me that they cancelled my order, worst experience ever

I downloaded the app after reading the description (in English), and since I frequently do my grocery shopping at migros when I'm in Turkey. Reviews seemed encouraging also. But the bloody app is only in Turkish language! It gives no other language choices at all! So it is completely useless for me unless I want to spend hours on google translator. What is the point of creating such an app when it ignores a huge population of affluent non-Turkish speakers eg. in multi-cultural Istanbul?

I prefer shopping with migros as a (what they call) "privileged customer". However they're making a huge mistake by announcing"you have won 250 Liras for your next order" without mentioning a coupon, etc. Therefore assuming the discount is automatic I placed the order and noticed it wasn't. When I called the customer service to let them know that they are sending the wrong message they treated me like as if I was totally ignorant and did not at all change their negativeprofiteerist attitude.
