Ratings and reviews

You wait all day for your order. Late in the evening, it's simply cancelled. No explanation. Customer support initially assures you the order will be delivered, but then doesn't respond or constantly redirects you. Terrible service. Live help not a live! it just stupid script!

my past orders disappeared in the list of last 6 months except the very last one, even though one of which was not even delivered yet and in the contrary its contents were essential for my only probable summer holiday within next month

Exteremly poor and not functional at all. Firstly it should not be that hard to introduce English language, it is 21st century after all. Secondly, althoug I paid ok with my visa card before tonight for the 16th time after typing otp I get error message. Technology behind it is sad and I would strongly recommend anyone who does not speak Turkish and has credit card from another country to order from another shop that used better tech.
