useless coupons, only available if you're ordering everything from the same brand. no one does that literally. Either do not give any coupons or give some that makes sense. Not a single coupon even for a couple liras after many orders, its just unnecessarily expensive, also the wait is sometimes insanely long, like after an hour they manage to deliver it.

cancelled my order due to road closure! made me wait almost an hour. you could cancel the order at the start if there is a road closure. which there wasn't any road closure. orderd from another platform and received the order. was the road closure just for your courier? pitty

I downloaded the app after reading the description (in English), and since I frequently do my grocery shopping at migros when I'm in Turkey. Reviews seemed encouraging also. But the bloody app is only in Turkish language! It gives no other language choices at all! So it is completely useless for me unless I want to spend hours on google translator. What is the point of creating such an app when it ignores a huge population of affluent non-Turkish speakers eg. in multi-cultural Istanbul?
