Can't place my order. Every time I go to check out my list gets reduced to 1 item. I've update the app. Uninstalled and re installed ... nothing has fixed this. I've been using this app for a couple years now. I've just started having this problem. It's a shame. I hope it gets fixed. So I can increase the rating.

They marked my order as delivered while it was not, and I have been trying to get it for days, customer service keep saying "we will reach out to you asap" But no... They didn't... I'm never using Migros again. There are plenty of alternatives for delivery. Edit: They blocked my email address on the second I send the email. I called the customer service 20+ times in a week and they told me different lies every single time. I started telling my experience to everyone. I won't give up.

For years I have been using the app without any problems. But I was on a business trip in Istanbul, and I tried Migros yemek (16 Aug) for the first time (and it will definitely be the last). I ordered from KFC, and my orders came incomplete. I tried to contact support (Canlı destek), but to no avail. It was the worst experience
