Why this app?
"The habit to maintain surgical records is essential to become a better surgeon in the long run."

This is an application to maintain details of the surgeries done by the surgeon. I initially developed this application to maintain my own surgical case records. But, later on I thought every surgeon requires such tool to maintain their operative details. So, I decided to make this app public. I hope you will find this useful for your surgical career in the long term.

FEATURES:-

1) Enter case wise details for each of your surgery.

2) Enter pre-operative images for reference later on.

3) Add follow ups about current status of the patient.

4) Add images at the time of follow ups, like post operative scans and note patient's progress.

5) Search the previously operated cases, by their UHID, Name, Diagnosis.

6) Choose categories according to separate surgical specialty, like Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology, ENT, CVTS, Plastic surgery, Pediatric surgery, Urology, Gastro, Oncosurgery, Dentistry, etc.

7) And also you can export the cases to Excel sheet to share for research purposes.

8) See surgical statistics of your operative work.

9) Bookmark the cases you want to review later.


This application is to maintain the surgical muster by a surgeon. You can add follow ups, images and see your statistics. At the end if you want to export your cases into excel sheet, it can be done easily.
