This is an update of an earlier review, I am now giving it 5 stars. I didn't realize that all you had to do to switch between students when grading with swipe left and right on the screen. Canvas teacher has been very user-friendly and easy to use. It even allows me to grade using the rubrics I created on the canvas page on my Chromebook.
It would work well if it worked well. I was able to easily grade several discussion board posts, then it just kept "not working" ...have tried 10 more times and still no luck. Totally bummed.
The numbers listed in the submission section is inaccurate. I often see that I have "upgraded work," and there would be none when I actually clicked in to grade.
Not much here except for grading. I just wanted to upload my syllabus - that's not possible? My courses are not driven by on screen assignments and quizzes - Without the ability to manage files or to submit attendance, this isn't useful to me at all.
I am glad that there is an instructor version, however, it needs some work. The biggest issue for me is to be able to add websites (via Arc) and add documents into modules. The module section doesn't even come up. Thanks for taking this on (I know we have asked for years). Hopefully a full version is coming soon.
Responds really quickly and I like the set up but I can't get into the assignments to grade. It keeps crashing, so I have to do all my grading on my PC.
