I like how it shows the route info of the drive. I found it's much too sensitive to pin acceleration or breaking. Sometimes you get cut off and have to stop fast. Or you have to speed up to merge in. This has to be corrected! Sometimes the trip does not get logged. This should be fixed!

This is a great concept to have but with heavy emphasis into reliability in determining user control... I'm not a driver, yet it's logging me in as one, and for that reason, my driving score is taking a huge hit right now. The app's tracking is suboptimal at best; it requires a lot of data collection, and this causes overheating issues with the phone. With numerous other feedback I could give, the list keeps growing.

Not great, but not bad. The app is meant to run in the background and log your trips automatically, but I keep getting notifications by email stating: "We've noticed that at least one of the principal drivers on your policy number XXX hasn't logged a trip in the Intact Insurance App in a while. This could affect your insurance premium at renewal..." I follow the tips and all that too. But alot of my trips don't get logged still. If the app affects my premium I'm going to be mad.
