Ratings and reviews

The tracking system is horrendous. So many untracked trips, and the few it does track, the distance, time, and map don't make sense. It doesn't track shorter trips whatsoever, and it only tracks 15 minutes of longer trips. If Google knows where I am all the time how come Intact can't? Fix your app. PLEASE! And don't tell me to reinstall, check the perms, or make sure the app is running, because I've done that multiple times already to no avail.

The app is really garbage in terms of speed, detection of driving, and scoring. You still get a discount on the insurance premium, granted, but it's really annoying that the app is always like a beta version full of bugs and the score and discount percentage appear arbitrarily calculated. If it weren't for the discount, I wouldn't keep the app for a second on my phone as a measure of checking my driving safety.

This latest version is giving misinformation. All of my trips have had no issues with any of the categories but yet my smoothness rating went from 100% to 90%. Each trip shows a checkmark for speed, focus and smoothness, but yet my score keeps decreasing. How is this supposed to be helpful. Drivers are angry because I'm being so careful l to keep my discount. I was at 100% for over a month and with no trips where there were any warnings for smoothness etc. But yet I'm at 90%. WHY???
