This app is new to me. Unfortunately I've had nothing but issues with it working. I've had to call multiple times for assistance. The my drive portion wouldn't pop up to register for it. And once it did it seemed to be working then the app logged out. And now the my drive portion is gone. None of my info shows in the app itself under overview. It's pretty useless. When signing up I was instructed to Uninstall the app multiple times and reinstall to try and get the mydrive to work.

The smoothness factor is a constant source of frustration & irritation. It is very sensitive to bumpy roads and the slightest use of the brakes. Using Google Maps will get you a deduction in your focus score. I wish they would fixthis. I can head out on a short trip with a smoothness score of 85, and by the time I get home an hour later, the score is down at 40 with no idea why it got there. I can't pave the roads or stop using my brakes just to make the app work.

App doesn't show the overview page, I can get the documents, like proof of insurance as I did before. Edit: I called customer support today and problem was fixed. Thank you. But still not a 5-star app because it is not accurate with the driving on My Drive feature. It states that I have used the phone when I didn't even touch it nor the screen on the car computer when I received a call. Also, the speed detection is flawed. Often shows incorrect abrupt breaking or incorrect speeding.
