The app stopped updating my trips after the last update. Had to uninstall the app, restart my phone, re install to get it to work. It seems it was still tracking my drives but it was not updating on my end. Only started having issues after the last update Edit: from 2 stars to 1 star. The app wasn't tracking my drives at all anymore. Trying to reinstall has me stuck in an infinite loop of activation. It gets my driving accuracy wrong half the time.

The app keeps on running in background which drains battery. Also, the way they track is not good. You mean to say if something suddenly appears in front of me, I'm not suppose to break? Because if I do (I'm a safe driver in reality) but the app marks your trip as not smooth. What a joke!! This is making people unsafe driver just to keep smoothness score better.

Don't expect to get any discount. I had a perfect driving record, and the app said I was on my way to a discount, but when the policy renewal time came up, the discount dropped to 0% for no reason. Every drive recorded gives a check mark for smoothness, but despite this, my overall score for smoothness dropped to 2%, and my premium drastically increased despite maintaining a perfect record. Sent an email, received no response.
