Ratings and reviews

Android: opened app and it goes straight to asking me what city. Doesn't seem to have a dashboard. Really frustrating. Navigation is just weird and doesn't make sense. Didn't seem to want to let me change the plate number, but when I opened it again the pen displayed so I could change it.

The worst app created. It doesn't pick up the city, it glitches all the time. I paid for a ticket to park at my event the night prior and then get a ticket from them. Once I send the appeal showing my payment from the night before the reject it and now I can't contact anyone to fix this. I will not pay for this ticket and will sue if they come after me. I tried contacting through support but no answer. I found an email online, so I sent an email. They're contact and app sucks.

Used to book beach parking at Wingaersheek Beach in Gloucester. Easy to book BUT when editing to add rental car license plate later, it cancelled my reservation & now sold out for date previously booked. I DID NOT CANCEL!! Have tried contacting Support, but no resolution yet. Also, Beach website says same app can be used to rent umbrella & chairs, no option on app to do that. Note that I had to use the app for follow up as website returns error codes when logging in. BAD experience!
