I cannot reach support for help. I incorrectly put my licence plate number and got a ticket.Update: paid for ticket so to not be charged $60 if I forgot to pay. Then they emailed:"we will not be able to refund any infraction that has already been paid by the customer. Once the payment is done by the customer the file is closed. For future reference, please wait until we reply to your email before paying for the infraction. The deadline for the payment would be frozen once you have emailed us" 😡

Paid through the app, still got a fine, had to spend 45 minutes on the phone to get it cancelled with the local authorities. Opened a support case and got no reply after 2 days. Clearly they have process issues, hard no from me, do not recommend. Just get a ticket from the machine if you value your time and your peace of mind

Absolute Garbage App. Is not compatible with a Pixel 5 in any way. No way to pay for my parking as almost every button launches me back to the login screen.
