Ratings and reviews

Impossible to Use App will not let you select where you are parking so it can't be used. It just says "Select City" and gives you the option of Atlanta or Gloucester, MA. Which is ridiculous. Especially because it's showing my exact location on the map.

App doesn't work and gives you the impression that payment has gone through but it never did. Tried more than ten times it keeps giving error messages. The city encourage you to use the app but never works.

Don't select the country you live in. Select where you want to park... and hope you never have to use the app in a different country, because you can't change it. Creating a new account requires a new email address. Luckily, I had a different one I could use.

What's new

Gloucester visitors: Ability to edit your license plate info on your reservation before entering the lot, go to “View parking receipt” and click on the plate pencil.
