Interlace Health Go is the mobile app for FormFast. It lets clinicians and staff complete patient forms and capture electronic signatures on a tablet at the point of care, with real-time EHR integration.

Scan the patient's wristband and Go pulls up the right forms for the right patient in seconds. Patients and providers sign electronically, and completed forms are instantly added to the EHR. There's no paper, no scanning, and no manual archiving.
