Ease of use makes this app great. Incidentally, the local payment office is next door to me, practically next door but have no reason to go there to make payment which I do in the comfort of my apartment. The only negative: could not add my meter in my personal residence in another state.😢 Otherwise, great app and easy to use.

Paid 10k via bank and didn't get any token. I have called, whatapped, emailed without resolution. Not happy. 😔 UPDATE - after the agents said they hadn't seen my money, the token came a day later. It seem that means of payment is slow compared to the others. I was impressed that they emailed and called me back several times over the issue so I am adding another star 🌟 for that. I don't get that often from other organisations.

Not happy at all Downloaded this app two days ago ,made my first purchase to check it out and it was so fast, I decided to buy 5k top up more yesterday night ,they gave me token ,I have tried recharging but it kept saying used. And my meter is yet to be credited. Who them used a token generated for my own meter just in an hour.how do I get my money back or get credited atleast
