Active Calories Burned — measures calories burned through activity, helping track energy output and daily movement.
Total Calories Burned — combines resting and active calories to give a full picture of your body’s daily energy use.
Steps & Step Cadence — counts steps and walking rhythm to measure physical activity and consistency over time.
Cycling Pedaling Cadence & Exercise Sessions — provides insights into cycling performance and structured exercise sessions for a complete view of physical activity.
Sleep Sessions — tracks total sleep duration and quality to understand rest, recovery, and its impact on mood and focus.
Heart Rate — monitors your average and peak heart rate, offering insights into overall cardiovascular health and stress responses.
Resting Heart Rate — indicates how your body recovers and adapts over time, reflecting stress levels and physical conditioning.
Heart Rate Variability (RMSSD) — helps identify signs of stress, fatigue, and recovery readiness, offering a deeper insight into your nervous system balance.
