WHY TRUST THE NUMBERS
Battery Monitor reads directly from Android's battery and power APIs — the same low-level data
your OS itself uses — and is upfront in-app about where it's estimating (like per-app battery
share, since Android doesn't expose a true per-app battery API to normal apps) versus measuring
directly.
