unstable, unusable, useless. There is no excuse for a very poor app, there is no technical support and app is never updated

its easy to order but when it was delivered the order wasnot completed as ordered and they already charged the full amt..the credits does not happen until the next billing... Not good

With distance, I have to say that this has been one of the most unstable applications I have ever used. I would really appreciate seeing more international supermarkets in Chiang Mai that offer a reliable online shopping app. Many of the products I ordered never arrived, and the application keeps crashing repeatedly.
