its easy to order but when it was delivered the order wasnot completed as ordered and they already charged the full amt..the credits does not happen until the next billing... Not good

With distance, I have to say that this has been one of the most unstable applications I have ever used. I would really appreciate seeing more international supermarkets in Chiang Mai that offer a reliable online shopping app. Many of the products I ordered never arrived, and the application keeps crashing repeatedly. App is very poor and underdeveloped. Chat with support drops whenever you change pages and no way to go back but need to restart the whole conversation. Ordered express 1 hour delivery for extra payment and received a next day morning slot instead as the shop was not making more deliveries on that day, but the app didn't mind confirming my order and charging express fees Instead of notifying that express delivery is not possible.
