Tops app used to be quite good before, but of late it is horrible. Crashes every two mins, takes ages to load, can't type on the search box cos its very laggy, my cart items disappear completely, difficulty applying voucher. Once I had an issue where it said verifying payment for a whole night. Next day without any warning the order went through. What is happening here. Please correct these problems. I see users have been complaining for quite a while now and you have done nothing.

With distance, I have to say that this has been one of the most unstable applications I have ever used. I would really appreciate seeing more international supermarkets in Chiang Mai that offer a reliable online shopping app. Many of the products I ordered never arrived, and the application keeps crashing repeatedly. Dear Central Group, I wonder what is going wrong with the Tops. While many other outlets operate smoothly and professionally, the experience with Tops is often frustrating many ways

It starts to work well in December. Thank you that you improve your app. You need to fix the bug in your app. It’s glitchy. It’s impossible to type a product in the search bar because the keyboard is blinking. Also, it’s impossible to make a payment, as you need to enter a code, but the keyboard shows up on the screen for 1 second. It is absolutely stressful!
