Lately I have run into quite a few glitches, getting kicked out of a survey after being seeming with 3/4 or more of the way done and not returned to the that survey is being picky screen but just booted right out of it and then it doesn't show up at all in my completed surveys list. It has cost me probably a thousand points just since the beginning of March. However, Even with that I added it up and since Jan 1 I've made over $200. It just did it again. Grrrr.

Crashes mid survey; available survey list doesn't match with notifications sent; customer support is nil, with their support consisting of a useless form letter. I can deal with the repetitiveness, and even the inconsistency in questions, but too many problems aren't worth my time for the low points given because of their poorly designed surveys.

edit: right now the app is being terrible. I had 5 surveys on screen. I go through about 15 minutes of one and then see that connection timed out. my connection was fine. another survey just kept playing through the sound test without proceeding forward. the others keep saying I'm not qualified. after all this I only got 10 more points. it used to be much better. TERRIBLE APP
