Ratings and reviews

Initially a tolerable app but after the most recent update (for which the app link to do so is also broken; keeps saying the update doesn't exist), it is unbelievably slow and freezes more than ever. Takes forever to sign you in and switch pages therafter now. Defeats the purpose of getting messages from IH if the app never loads anything. Very poor user experience.

Need a law degree to decipher the 20 page terms of service everything requires you to agree too. If there was ever a law we needed it to stop companies from requiring you to sign what you cant comprehend. A pin instead of a password is a better option. Every app requires a password. Its become rediculous given that phones are 1 user only. A pin is easier to remember less mistakes. How many use the same password for all apps? Major security issue right there. Avoid it with a pin.

Updated the mobile app and it will not send me an email verification to enter a pin number. Tried to update email even though it is correct to see if that helped and it wouldn't save. Sent an email to IHA directly to try and get it fixed but no response after a week. I even went so far as to try the IHA website on my mobile and laptop still gave me the same problems. UPDATE 3/29/23 IHA was quick to respond and correct the issue I had with the IHA mobile app. Thank you very much!
