This app is not first class or even second class. 1. to find the year of birth is difficult on this app. enable writing dd/mm/yy. no need to search 2. when we enter the data, the line where we have to enter, gets covered, disappears, we have to type almost blindly. 3. Gpay option, the cheapest and the best option is not shown. so, we have to go for a lengthy card option or net banking and pay some charges. Please suitably improve this app. Try yourself. You will understand the difficulties.

This app is worst ever I had. Cannot open on mobile, which I registered and added. When I add mine mobile no msg comes saying already existing. When I call Software Support team they question lot, later they asked me to give password to do correct. Later she says can not do i ll call technical people tell the problem. Old app ws too good to use. Now I can't book my ticket to go any were. Soft ware technical side they must reset completely and rejoin. Those who wants. Hope they improve immediatel

The app looks outdated. Important details such as the bus number or contact information were not provided. The confirmation email only contains a PDF copy of the ticket, with no relevant details in the email body itself, which comes across as highly unprofessional. When you cancel the ticket the refund details like when the amount will be credited back to the account are not provided. Considering the amount you charge for the service, I strongly urge you to improve the overall experience.
