You see a good deal and add it to cart but just before you reach the final step, it slaps you with a huge import and shipping fees that makes the item no better than if you buy locally. Also, the Saudi gov states that all electronics should have 2y warranty minimum yet these guys give you 1y then charge you if you want more! Everything is super sketchy and dishonest here.

very very rude customer service in the return option number 3 on the phone, call center. calling me a liar, very smug and egotistical. God, I hope no one deals with him. he also has a weird accent thinks he's American or something. Please check the recorded calls this guy is too rude I can't believe someone allowed him to speak let alone on the phone with customers. I tried to contact you on emails instead because I don't want to deal with him... turns out he's answering my emails. what a joke.

so strange there, trying to get more details about the poor technical details there, no response; finally you decide to place order, you receive something completely different than the listed item you bought; you contact them live chat, they say consider it done sir we're going to take action right now then nothing after, and when you finally email them, no response.
