The new app is somehow worse than the last one, which was at least easier to navigate. It's so slow and glitches. it's so hard to find accurate information and maps of routes now. Just to look at one takes me so many screens and waiting to click through. Buses still don't come on time or fully update location. I'm still waiting on buses that don't come. New app and gates, but we still can't get real-time updates on bus location.

Why is it so hard to find your favorites now? The new UI looks good and it's great that they've integrated the real time transit map into the app. But the removal of the favorites tab was dumb. Now you have to click all over the other tabs to find starred buses or rail stations. Favorited rail stations don't even appear in the list after you've starred them. You have to go find the station manually to see rail arrivals. Bad design and needs to be fixed. They say keep it simple for a reason

This updated app just makes it more difficult to find what you could do in seconds on the old app. The real time bus feature is one of the most important features to me and it still doesn't work well. Out of the 5 busses that are supposed to run on my route (71) you can usually only see 1 to 3 of them on the app. Knowing what busses are or are not coming is imporand since the busses are often off schedule or miss stopps completely. It would be nice to have a heads up so you can plan. 3 Stars
