Informative, but not too friendly. Enjoy the ease of getting PDFs of the routes and alerts for changes. Thankfully I know the city extremely well and can read maps because I plan my routes far better than this app does. Planner still takes you out of the way and lengthens your journey. I guess it's a way to allow people to walk shorter distances. However, if you're on public transit walking 2-5 blocks should be normal. Inner-city blocks in Atlanta are very short.

This updated app just makes it more difficult to find what you could do in seconds on the old app. The real time bus feature is one of the most important features to me and it still doesn't work well. Out of the 5 busses that are supposed to run on my route (71) you can usually only see 1 to 3 of them on the app. Knowing what busses are or are not coming is imporand since the busses are often off schedule or miss stopps completely. It would be nice to have a heads up so you can plan. 3 Stars

The new app is somehow worse than the last one, which was at least easier to navigate. It's so slow and glitches. it's so hard to find accurate information and maps of routes now. Just to look at one takes me so many screens and waiting to click through. Buses still don't come on time or fully update location. I'm still waiting on buses that don't come. New app and gates, but we still can't get real-time updates on bus location.
