Informative, but not too friendly. Enjoy the ease of getting PDFs of the routes and alerts for changes. Thankfully I know the city extremely well and can read maps because I plan my routes far better than this app does. Planner still takes you out of the way and lengthens your journey. I guess it's a way to allow people to walk shorter distances. However, if you're on public transit walking 2-5 blocks should be normal. Inner-city blocks in Atlanta are very short.

The old app was ugly, but it was far more usable than this. Favorites mean nothing in this app. Theres no way to show favorites or sort by them, and it takes forever to find location and load nearby stations and stops, and if there are multple in the area, you have to scroll to find what you want. What should be a quick couple of taps takes 60 seconds.

The app is SO SLOW now. And the removal of the favorites tab was dumb. Now you have to click all over the other tabs to find starred buses or rail stations. Favorited rail stations don't even appear in the list after you've starred them. You have to go find the station manually to see rail arrivals. Bus schedules are no longer integrated into the app anymore. So no data connection will renders this app entirely useless. Bad design and it needs to be fixed. They say keep it simple for a reason.
