Ratings and reviews

Be careful with this app’s interface. When they can’t provide a visa, they hide the rejection in tiny text and push a "Recommended" Embassy Registration fee in a large, clickable box. The layout is designed to make you think it’s the next step for your visa. I was misled into paying for a service I didn't need. I only got a refund after a long back-and-forth and threatening a bank chargeback. Read every tiny bit of text before clicking "Save and Continue."

Checked how much an eVisa was for the country I'm going to, and it was way cheaper when I paid to get the visa through the countrys website. Also, I got my eVisa instantly instant of having to wait 24 hours and pay an extra fee for processing time, which is outrageous! Through the app, cost was around $80 for a 24-hour application( it's more if you want it faster). I paid $50 and got it instantly elsewhere. I wouldn't use this app to get a visa for anywhere!

Careful! My mum was sent this app by a travel agent, but she ended up paying 160$ CAD, for a standard UK visa. Standard is NOT an ETA. ETA is max £20 (40$ CAD). They have different requirements, processes and costs. I wasn't with her, so I don't know if she perhaps checked the wrong option within the app itself, but make sure to check if you need ETA or Standard! They are not the same.
