PDF annotation upgrade!

- New tools: Underline, Strikethrough, and a dedicated Arrow - all saved as standard PDF annotations readable in any PDF app
- Redesigned reader: the toolbar and page controls now share one compact row at the top, giving your document a lot more screen
- Landscape mode now uses the full display height
- Full-screen reading with pinch to zoom - the button is always in reach
- The Back button now exits full screen and annotate mode step by step instead of leaving the app
