Automatic Billing, No Refunds! I was quite satisfied with this service at first. Free intro and the offer of a free month after. The service works; the 3 faxes I sent went through perfectly fine. But then I forgot about it. After 3 unused months (@$16.95 ea.), I remembered and wanted to cancel. They'd already charged me, so I asked to discontinue the auto billing instead of just ending the service. That is impossible. And they wouldn't provide a refund. Expensive & Dishonest. It's a Scam!!

The free phone number that you are given doesn't work properly for some reason. In fact, after signing into the app, you ate given a free number, but if you go the "register" email that you are sent, it immediately tells you to choose a new number. A note to the developer: I believe that there is an issue with the temporary fax numbers provided and it is causing the endless send issue that many are complaining about. If it is intentional, then I don't think it's ethical to force people to pay.

You will need to include the Country code of 1 when sending out or having someone send to you. When you log into the App or website, you need to ensure that your email address is registered to send.

It worked fine during the $5 trial. Once I paid for full membership, I was no longer able to send a fax. (yes, I have contacted support, cleared cache, used other browser, tried it in the app, multiple devices, even changed the password in case the saved one was wrong. "nothing worked.") Once I "uninstalled the app, and reinstalled it, I could fax. *I do NOT want to have un & reinstall before each use. Still nothing from browsers: Chrome, or DuckDuckGo. And no thank you, I will NOT use IE.
