I have been working out at Jabz 3x a week since the end of January 22'! Sure I've lost weight and my energy stamina has improved but so has my mental health. I also have met new friends in the process. Both instructors and classmates all want you to succeed and are so helpful!! Great place, better people!

A unique workout that involves punching bags and working out the entire body. I love the community feeling at this location!
