Secret vault

Create files inside a local encrypted vault protected by a PIN. Secret vault files remain on the device and cannot be recovered if the PIN is lost.

Local privacy

PlainForge does not declare internet permission. File access stays limited to the documents and folders that you explicitly choose through Android's file picker.

What’s new

PlainForge 0.9.2 adds multi-tab editing, a local PIN-protected encrypted secret vault, app language selection, syntax highlighting improvements, and visual refinements across the editor. It also includes fixes for session restore, external file opening, navigation, find/replace, and general polish for a more stable and organized offline experience.
