WORKS OFFLINE, ALWAYS
Sales, receipts and tax invoices are created and stored on the device first. Lose Wi-Fi or mobile data mid-shift and Jaicome POS keeps taking orders — everything syncs automatically the moment you are back online. Nothing is lost and nothing ends up on paper slips.

ZATCA E-INVOICING, HANDLED
Phase 2 compliant simplified tax invoices, cryptographically stamped on the device, with the QR code your customers expect. Invoices are numbered, signed and reported for you — including invoices raised while offline. Credit notes and refunds are covered too.

TAP TO PAY ON YOUR PHONE
Accept Mada and card payments straight through your device's NFC, with no extra card reader to buy or carry. Card details and PIN entry are handled by the certified payment SDK and never touch the app.

PRINTING THAT JUST WORKS
Print customer receipts and kitchen tickets to Epson, Sunmi and standard 58mm and 80mm network thermal printers over Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or USB. Route items to the right kitchen or bar station automatically, print bilingual Arabic and English tickets, reprint any receipt on demand, and open the cash drawer from the app.

ORDERS, KITCHEN AND DELIVERY
Track dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders through their full lifecycle. Incoming online orders arrive with an audible alert and a notification, print delivery labels with the customer's address, and keep your kitchen in sync from the first tap.

CASH DRAWER AND SHIFT CONTROL
Open and close cash sessions with counted floats, record cash in and out during the shift, and close with a clear reconciliation of expected versus counted cash. Closed sessions are locked, so your history stays honest.

CATALOG AND CUSTOMERS
Manage products, categories, modifiers and prices, and keep a searchable customer list with Saudi phone number support — all available on the device whether you are online or off.

TRANSACTIONS AND REPORTS
Review every sale, payment and refund from the device, search past transactions, and reprint or refund on the spot without calling the office.
