Step 1: Choose to register through Debit card OR CRN
(If Registration is through Debit Card, there shall be a full access to the application. If the registration is through CRN, there shall only be view access and financial transactions are restricted).

Step 2: The details of the Debit card and PIN shall be verified in case if the registration is through Debit card. If CRN is chosen as registration option, then CRN, Name and Date of Birth combination shall be verified

Step 3: Post the verification is successful, set MPIN and confirm with the OTP.

Very bad experience with Jana Small Finance Bank⁠�. My account was frozen even after I returned the wrongly credited amount from the bank side. After that, I deposited my own money, but still no proper support was given. The staff at Noida Sector 45 branch behaved very rudely, especially the branch manager. No proper response, no timeline, and very unprofessional customer service. I visited the branch multiple times but got no solution. Extremely disappointing experience.

I am using this bank from last 2 years . I was facing many problems from this bank the worst bank I had seen in this world just my recent problem is to update my new number they said it take 3 to 4 days only and now it being 20 days and still not updated yet they are telling tomorrow will update but no results found not talking properly just they have to do there work and go home . And not attentive #worst bank

horrible experience, they do not close bank accounts even after 15 days, and other charges are deducted continuously, besides they charge bank account closing charges even for 8yrs old account. also they do not support customers, do not open bank account in this bank.
