If you are New to Jana Online banking; get registered in 3 quick steps:

Step 1: Choose to register through Debit card OR CRN
(If Registration is through Debit Card, there shall be a full access to the application. If the registration is through CRN, there shall only be view access and financial transactions are restricted).

Step 2: The details of the Debit card and PIN shall be verified in case if the registration is through Debit card. If CRN is chosen as registration option, then CRN, Name and Date of Birth combination shall be verified

Step 3: Post the verification is successful, set MPIN and confirm with the OTP.

When I tried to open the app, it directed me to click on ok,if you desire a better banking as bank has updated the mobile banking app. But when I clicked on, the updating held up with the remark that this phone is not compatible with this app. Then please advise me how to use my banking operations.

Once a old account deleted, it's not showing creating new account please make improve this problem 🙏🏻. After deleting this app, and downloaded again it will show same old account, not showing creating new account please make the solution please 🙏🏻. I've been using this app for two years on my Android 11 device, but suddenly, it shows the message: "Your device is not compatible and won't work on your device."
