Worthless. It wants you to setup a new account. I've tried 3 times . I fill everything out, I hit submit and then I get "internal error" I've checked that the password follows all the rules. It still gives an error message. Tried to sign up again and now it says my email and phone number are both taken, but when I try to use my new sign-in information it says my email or password are incorrect. I tried to reset the new password and got "we could not verify your action" Worthless.

Love the food, but the app is terrible. TWICE I tried to place an order and the payment screen just locked up and kept "thinking", it never confirmed the order. After giving up and going somewhere else, I later got a notification that my Jason's order was ready. ??? I ended up picking it up anyway, I wasn't going to pay for something and not get it. Spent 20 minutes of my lunch hour driving to 2 restaurants. Fix this - I can only use your app for lunch because of time constraints!

Food is spectacular but this app is trash. Cannot sign in at all. Put in the correct information, it says there's an error. I even changed the password thinking I had forgotten it but that still didn't work. Some of the best sandwiches but one of the worst apps. Can't take advantage of the rewards because I have to keep checking out as a guest. It's like $200 in orders that haven't been credited to my account. Just super annoying, hope it gets patched, whatever the issue is.
