Dear Jawwy Team, I hope you are doing well. I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the network coverage issue I am facing at my residence. I am a regular user of your services, but unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing due to extremely poor signal strength inside my home. The main problem is that I am unable to make or receive calls while I am inside my house. Every time I need to call someone, I have to physically go outside just to get proper signal.

I have been using this SIM for quite some time. It has good network coverage, but there is one issue: you cannot even make a simple call without activating a package. My recommendation is that the company should enable services similar to other cellular companies.
