The offer has not been fulfilled. Despite being on the list of unlimited social media platforms, Telegram consumes data. The digital chat contact responds slowly and lacks troubleshooting assistance; the tone is rather arrogant. And the app prompts for sign-in every time it's opened.

The support on the new version is pathetic. I have been trying to move my wife's number to my account for family plan sharing . However through the app and website on a laptop, it gives error while moving her account. Spent many hours with customer service on the app and no one was able to help. Finally I was told that the customer service cannot move my wife's account to mine because they don't have access to the new SIMs issued under the 2.0 version. There's no way to raise a complaint online.

Very bad app.. The minutes & data sharing mechanism is at best awkward.Furthermore, the app is not free from glitches and issues while it supposes to do very easy stuffs. Unfortunately the app. generally doesn't deliver up to expectations. Finally, customer support needs your support to understand who you are & what is needed, they are elians 😂.
