Download the “vel’OH! official” app and access nearly 1,000 shared bikes and 97 docking stations. Use our bike-sharing system to explore like never before!

Bike-sharing has never been so easy

Open the app and activate your location services to find the closest docking station with available bikes.

When you arrive close to the station, press “Unlock a vel’OH!” and choose your vel’OH! from the list of available bikes there.

At the end of your ride, a notification will be sent to your mobile confirming the safe return of the bike to a docking station and you will be able to share your experience with a community of active users.

Flexible options: annual, daily or three-day rentals

The “vel’OH! official” app can be tailored to your needs: just select the option that is best suited to your lifestyle. The first thirty minutes of every ride are free. Bank card payments are secure.

Access the service as a group

You can borrow up to five bikes at the same time with the “vel’OH! official” app. Spread the word! Whether you have an annual pass or not, you can purchase up to five additional short-term passes in just one click.

Collect points

Use the app to actively contribute to the good operation and improvement of the service by giving feedback on your bike at the end of each ride, or by flagging a defect to the technical service.

I cannot believe how bad the service is. app doesn't track your location well, telling you you are not at the station whilst you are there. then unlocking does not work and you have to try up to 3 or 4 times to unlock the damn bike. and then the actual bikes.... they are in horrendous condition. the whole system needs to be thrown down and re made.

It's cheap and you know why when you start using it. Twice in a row, it told me that that I can't renew a subscribtion but didn't let me do it or that I have "user limit exceeded" which made me late to where I had to go several time. No response from customer service whatsoever. If you are not in a hurry you can try it, if you have someone waiting for you, don't take the risk

The app is slow. Also often I have to restart it so that it works otherwise it will say 'error' when realising a bike. Also I cannot review the bikes anymore since a few years, it just stopped working once I reinstalled the app after deleting it by mistake. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app but it still doesn't work. A lot bikes and bike racks are damaged and you waste a lot of time to find a good bike. The maintenance should definitely be improved and vandalism is a big problem.
