Your IBP workouts are printable, positioning you to succeed at IBP and on your own. Our goal is to give you every resource to become successful and make the healthy transformations in your life through in alignment with your personal goals. This app will help you form new habits and have accountability. Remember: nothing changes if nothing changes!
