Blue Yonder Workforce is a new mobile offering intended to provide Employee Self Service (ESS) Desktop parity and includes:

* Schedule
* Shift Offer
* Swap Shift

* Available Shifts
* My Availability
* Edited Punches
* Unpaired Punches
* Pay Summary
* Profile

Note: Must hold a Blue Yonder enterprise license in order to use the application.

If the app is struck on infinite loader screen, follow below steps to resolve the issue:
1. Go to Settings
2. Tap on Apps
3. Select All tab (if your mobile doesn't show all apps by default)
4. Choose BY WFM
5. Tap Clear Data
6. Launch the BY WFM app again

THE WORST!!! Trying to call off work due to illness but the app shuts down once I click on the 'call off' link. I've restarted my phone, Uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still not working. It also schedules me for an unload shift but then changes to a load shift after I've worked the unload shift. It's very frustrating. This app seems to be full of bugs and makes me wonder if it's secure enough to even be on my phone.

As of today (7/14/2025) you can no longer take a screenshot to save your schedule. The reason I do that is because I've had times when I pick up a shift and it disappears. Also, there are constant start time changes and they don't always update on everyone's app. They'll try to send you home for not being scheduled. Gotta cover your "A".

This app is actual trash. It breaks all the time and crashes. I, and others, can not change any of your personal information. It hardly ever notifies you of changes from work. it's quite literally random if it'll notify you or not. I know many people that cant login; I personally can, but it runs horribly, so why would you want to? The UI layout is atrocious, too, and I can no longer take screenshots of my schedule for "security reasons" anymore.
