Blue Yonder Workforce is a new mobile offering intended to provide Employee Self Service (ESS) Desktop parity and includes:

* Schedule
* Shift Offer
* Swap Shift
* Time Off
* Available Shifts
* My Availability
* Edited Punches
* Unpaired Punches
* Pay Summary
* Profile

Note: Must hold a Blue Yonder enterprise license in order to use the application.

If the app is struck on infinite loader screen, follow below steps to resolve the issue:
1. Go to Settings
2. Tap on Apps
3. Select All tab (if your mobile doesn't show all apps by default)
4. Choose BY WFM
5. Tap Clear Data
6. Launch the BY WFM app again

Ratings and reviews

This app has too many problems! It usually takes 4-5 tries to get into, every time. My password had to be reset 3 times already due to app problems. Once you're in, there's so much the app can't do or show (work related). IMO, it's not worthwhile, companies should choose something else for convenience and accuracy. I've had MUCH better work apps.

THE WORST!!! Trying to call off work due to illness but the app shuts down once I click on the 'call off' link. I've restarted my phone, Uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still not working. It also schedules me for an unload shift but then changes to a load shift after I've worked the unload shift. It's very frustrating. This app seems to be full of bugs and makes me wonder if it's secure enough to even be on my phone.

Not once have I been able to view my schedule or anything else on the app. We have reset the password multiple times, cleared the cache, un-installed, reinstalled. It allows me to log in, but only thing I can see is an all white background nothing else. Only reason it is still installed.. when there is a shift change(like come in later or earlier) I sometimes get a notification pop up to let me know to reach out and find start time.
