WHAT THIS APP NEEDS — AND WHY
Jemica uses Android's Notification Access permission to read the notifications of the apps you select. That is the app's entire purpose: reading them is the only way to forward them. Content is used solely for the forwarding you configure, and only for apps you explicitly enable. Email sending requires an app-specific password from your provider (your normal password won't work) — the app walks you through creating one.

GOOD TO KNOW
• The app forwards what the source app puts in the notification. Apps that hide content ("New secure message") can't be recovered — that text is all the system exposes.
• Some phone brands aggressively stop background apps; Jemica guides you through the battery settings that keep it alive.
