My husband and I have used the Jet2 app for a number of years and have always found it very easy to use, giving all the information we need at a glance when logged in. Being able to add items at a later date is very helpful also. We found it great for checking booking dates and times, once booked. We always use it to book our holidays and flights, wouldn't use any other company !!

For the two months I have been using this App my ability to access their site has been sporadic at best. 90% of the time it will not open, and when it does I get one chance. If I attempt to go back a page it will error out as "Not authorized to view this page. If I attempt to log back in I receive the same error message and am unable to attempt access until the next day. If I go to another phone or computer the same scenario repeats. Uninstall/reinstall does not fix the issue.

As my go to travel operator this makes booking any trip easy. I am a frequent flyer to Cyprus & this app makes it very easy to book my flights on the cheapest dates available. I wish they did some kind of reward program similar to airmiles 🤭 I like the fact that package holidays can be booked for any number of days, not just the standard 7, 10 or 14 nights.
