My husband and I have used the Jet2 app for a number of years and have always found it very easy to use, giving all the information we need at a glance when logged in. Being able to add items at a later date is very helpful also. We found it great for checking booking dates and times, once booked. We always use it to book our holidays and flights, wouldn't use any other company !!

For the two months I have been using this App my ability to access their site has been sporadic at best. 90% of the time it will not open, and when it does I get one chance. If I attempt to go back a page it will error out as "Not authorized to view this page. If I attempt to log back in I receive the same error message and am unable to attempt access until the next day. If I go to another phone or computer the same scenario repeats. Uninstall/reinstall does not fix the issue.

I haven't figured out how to view my filtered hotels (all of them) on a map. It also sometimes loses my search if I've dipped out of the app to look at the hotel in a map or trip advisor. So I have to search again. Just tried to book and it's put me back to the search page after the payment was approved in my banking app. I know from experience that I'll have to go through the whole booking process again but we won't be able to reserve the same seats because they're reserved for me!
