Low quality of service. I sent an email to their support with recording of the issue. The only reply from their support is that I need to complete onboarding again. Well the issue is that there is no onboarding banner in my app and also when I go to the notification section the app just crashes with a message: "Oops, something went wrong! We are sorry for the inconvenience, please try reloading. If the problem persists you can contact our technical support to resolve the issue."

If there is no balance on any other card, if you make a payment by mistake, then the card gets minus. If there is no balance in the card, it still becomes minus. If you pay later, it will be fine. Is this Jeton card one, if there is no balance, if you forget to pay, the balance will be minus from the card.

Very Poor Service and Slow Verification I used Jeton app and my KYC verification was pending for 10 days! I submitted all documents correctly but still no update. The support team only said “we are checking,” but nothing changed. I finally decided to delete my account. Very disappointed with their system — needs serious improvement.
