Absolutely terrible experience. The app doesn't show any phone number option, and my country isn’t even listed when trying to set one. Their verification process is a complete failure — over 3 weeks and still stuck “under review.” Support is useless and keeps giving copy-paste replies without resolving anything. Even closing the account is a nightmare. This platform is a waste of time and a serious test of patience. Avoid at all costs.

At first, they make it seem like they are working properly, and once you start trusting the platform, things become really strange. Your amount gets stuck forever, and nothing works anymore. Eventually, they take all of your money, and you can do nothing about it. One of the biggest fraud applications on the entire Play Store.

Very poor experience with Jeton. Card transactions have been blocked for weeks due to “system maintenance,” but the issue is still not fixed. New card features also do not work properly, and withdrawals are difficult. Support keeps giving repeated responses without solving the actual problem. Live support is not cooperating properly either. Funds should not remain inaccessible for this long.
