This app is complete garbage. It logs you out immediately if you try to find your reservation or boarding pass. It's like this isn't an application. It just opens the web page in an app form. Their worthless website is doing the exact same thing. I keep getting a please reconfirm the information you filled in message over and over and over. I have a flight next week and I can't even get on to select a seat or see a seat map. Fix your garbage!!

This JINAIR website is very bad, when i want buy the cheaper ticket and go to do the payment and key the secure code, they will pop up message is transaction decline please contact system administrator, please update your system easy people to buy ticket, TQ..

I spent 3 hours to make a booking and end up payment declined. More than 10 attempts but still failed to proceed with payment. So sad
