one of the worst app. I have ever used . There is no option for the SIM replacement. No proper recharge sometimes it takes 10-15 mins for doing recharge. If by mistake if we do wrong recharge then it requires OTP validation for making the recharge correct. There is a option of 299 recharge in the app but when we click on the 299 pack it shows that it is unavailable or invalid. If you don't let to make that recharge so why did you keep the recharge plan. I want my problem to be solved.

I have never seen such a bad app in the entire telecom sector. Firstly, it takes a lot of time to open and on top of that, it does not open on other networks also. You are very useless. It has been so many years and still you have not been able to improve this app.The customer goes back but the activation option does not open in this app, this is a bad app.If it was less than 1 star, he would have given it.

Too slow to operate. Kindly make it like vodafone, easy to use and very speedy. One most important note is provide copy paste option while entering customer number for rechage and top up. It makes easy for us to make recharge speedier. Also provide Pin based log in instead of password. It takes too long to log in into the app. Such small changes will male this app superb compared to your peers. Kindly look into it and provide update as soon as possible
