After updating a software or a app we expect it to be more fast and responsive but after updating Jio Pos Plus to latest version 2.3.6 app opposite has happened it has become very very slow and for a simple recharge it takes about 3 to 4 minutes. I had not expected such a pathetic software experience from a company which always tries to be no.1 in its field.

My JioPOS Plus application is not functioning correctly. It rejects the customer number I enter as invalid. Furthermore, the options within the app designed to verify the correct number—specifically the 'All Transactions' section under the Dashboard or Electronic Journal—are not working properly; no recharge transactions are showing up there. What can be done about this?

JioPOS Plus has useful features, but the app is very unstable. It is slow, crashes frequently, and has login issues. The biggest problem is during MNP and New SIM Activation. Many times it shows "GST Table Not Found" and the activation process cannot be completed. Recharge transactions are also delayed sometimes. This system wastes retailers' time and needs urgent improvement.
