one of the worst app. I have ever used . There is no option for the SIM replacement. No proper recharge sometimes it takes 10-15 mins for doing recharge. If by mistake if we do wrong recharge then it requires OTP validation for making the recharge correct. There is a option of 299 recharge in the app but when we click on the 299 pack it shows that it is unavailable or invalid. If you don't let to make that recharge so why did you keep the recharge plan. I want my problem to be solved.

This is very complicated app ever I seen. recharge option are very lengthy to search proper recharges. For Jio phone recharge option are very complicated. after updating app it's very deficult to find proper recharges because it's not mentioned. I think if someone from management should see to it and make it user-friendly.

Very poor experience with Jio POS. SIM activation only works if recharge is done on the same Jio number, which makes no sense. Other networks like Airtel, Vi, and BSNL allow activation using any internet (WiFi or other SIM). This unnecessary restriction makes the process complicated and frustrating. Needs improvement.
