The application is terrible, it's not working properly at all. Recharges keep getting canceled. It works fine for a while, then slows down. The application urgently needs improvements. Retailers are very frustrated, and so am I. I even changed my phone 3 or 4 times because of this problem, but nothing helped. Later, I found out that the problem is with the application itself. I request Jio to find a solution to this problem as soon as possible. Jai Shri Ram 🚩🙏

Very very worst app.Login delay with password,not retailer friendly,no information about recharged amount,mob.number,balance etc in simple way.it is given in a cofusing way. Auto wallet top up message is 2 days late in the ledger and it is available for last one week only..Sim activation needs regular retailer aadaar reverification.App should be simple and easy to use.Retailers are not Phd fellows.

user authentication failed problem even I don't change password then why I'm not able to log in at the end the only solution I get is forgot password but after two days again it shows authentication failed worst app ever
