Again a blunder update from the Jio POS Plus team. MIS & REPORTS missing in the updated version. The inner view and options (interface) after the login must be as simple as other competitors. Sim activation is a big task in Jio POS Plus, it is much easier and simple in other Sim providers. So kindly rectify these issues as soon as possible.

Bad experience with application not simple ui . not useful for retailers. I don't understand why this application is so heavy for recharge and for activation. not good after update few service like sale, transaction history removed. ledger is not available. why this is so heavy and slow for recharge service only. i would suggest to discontinue it completely and launch a simple light fast app with every transaction details.

Jio POS Plus is useful for retailers, but the app needs serious improvement. It is often slow, freezes, crashes, and takes too long to load. Login is also very frustrating due to frequent auto-logout, authentication errors, and problems when using non-Jio connectivity. Recharge sometimes fails or remains pending even after the amount is deducted, while refunds can be delayed. Recharge/transaction history should be properly available, and SIM replacement service should be added. Please improve ap
