Ratings and reviews

Very poor experience with Jio POS. SIM activation only works if recharge is done on the same Jio number, which makes no sense. Other networks like Airtel, Vi, and BSNL allow activation using any internet (WiFi or other SIM). This unnecessary restriction makes the process complicated and frustrating. Needs improvement.

Too slow to operate. Kindly make it like vodafone, easy to use and very speedy. One most important note is provide copy paste option while entering customer number for rechage and top up. It makes easy for us to make recharge speedier. Also provide Pin based log in instead of password. It takes too long to log in into the app. Such small changes will male this app superb compared to your peers. Kindly look into it and provide update as soon as possible

Jio POS Plus is a useful application for retailers, but its performance is quite slow during operation. Sometimes the app takes too much time to load or process transactions, which affects work efficiency. Another issue is that the earning section does not update properly, making it difficult to track income accurately. Overall, the app is helpful, but it needs improvement in speed and real-time earning updates.
