And retailers balance information is not found many time's..sms of balance reviving is not recived in sustainable way...and also this information is not available in your app jio pos...is a big mistake by your company... Jio should Learn by vi idea and Airtel telecom... VI and Airtel provided user friendly application... It's easy and understanding...

Very slow and very bad conditional app requirment of jio net only.... Need to improve Like VI smart connect & mitra app It should be working like that, easy for every dealer /retailer.

Worst app ever I have seen my whole life.... there is always some error.. sometimes connectivity error & GST error.... And more... No one support us to solve this types of problems.... And customer not satisfied with this types of sales and service....
