A multi-billion dollar company, yet it still can’t build a properly functioning app. Even an independent developer could create a more stable experience than this. The “free unlimited calling” feels pointless when the app often fails at its most basic job — making calls reliably. Most of the time, calls don’t even connect. The app keeps showing “Connect to JioFiber” even when it’s already connected and working fine. On top of that, there are frequent call drops, voice distortion, and delays.

there is a major issue called "internal error "and the app is not working at all. this needs to be fixed , please team fix this issue asap

Inspite of being connected with Jio Fiber wifi, it always shows offline. Worst ever experience. Rubbish app. I think all the positive reviews are paid review.
