This app is frustrating. Every time I try to make a call, I get an "internal error" message, and it never works properly. Even with a strong Wi-Fi connection, it keeps prompting me to "connect to Jio Airfiber." I've complained multiple times, but nothing has been done to fix the issue. I've tried restarting, reinstalling, and checking for updates, but nothing works. It's incredibly frustrating and reliable. It really needs to be fixed.

very frustrated with this app. I can call but I am unable to hear any ring. when the other party picks my call, it gets disconnected immediately. Even after raising concern, the team only could suggest "restart device" solution. they have no idea how to even check voip logs. jio would not give us freedom to inspect issues nor they will solve themselves.
