This app is awful. Every time I try to make a call, I get an "internal error" message, and it never works properly. Even with a strong Wi-Fi connection, it keeps prompting me to "connect to Jio Airfiber." I’ve complained multiple times, but nothing has been done to fix the issue. I've tried restarting, reinstalling, and checking for updates, but nothing works. It's incredibly frustrating and unreliable. It really needs to be removed from the Play Store.

Frustrating Experience! Even with a strong Jio AirFiber connection, calls often drop or don’t connect. Sometimes the app says “connect to Jio WiFi” even when I’m already connected. In many calls, the receiver can’t hear my voice at all. This app needs serious fixes. Very disappointing! Today is the 15th of September and I am still getting the same error. They haven't fixed it for more than one year.

Facing many problems, like the app always shows to connect to jio fiber even though connected and whenever I call to somebody, I can hear the receiver's voice but they can't hear my voice. My phone has no problem. Everything is fine. All the problem is with the app. Very frustrated of the problem not solved for a long time. Still not solved.
