This app is awful. Every time I try to make a call, I get an "internal error" message, and it never works properly. Even with a strong Wi-Fi connection, it keeps prompting me to "connect to Jio Airfiber." I’ve complained multiple times, but nothing has been done to fix the issue. I've tried restarting, reinstalling, and checking for updates, but nothing works. It's incredibly frustrating and unreliable. It really needs to be removed from the Play Store.

Frustrating Experience! Even with a strong Jio AirFiber connection, calls often drop or don’t connect. Sometimes the app says “connect to Jio WiFi” even when I’m already connected. In many calls, the receiver can’t hear my voice at all. This app needs serious fixes. Very disappointing! Today is the 15th of September and I am still getting the same error. They haven't fixed it for more than one year.

"Hello Jio Support, we would like to bring to your notice that the Jio Join app is not working properly, especially the voice call feature. This problem is not limited to a single device, but is being faced by many users. Calls are either not connecting or dropping frequently, which is causing a lot of inconvenience.We can't connect immediately once we come out of app. We kindly request you to look into this matter to provide a proper solution at the earliest. Thank you."
