Pathetic experience. I got a success message in the app for a recharge but it never showed up in history even though money has been deducted. Customer service agent said they would escalate to backend team, but forcibly disconnected when i asked for a date by when they would get back. I emailed customer service, but never even got a response. IVRS is pretty bad too, when you call complaints number, it starts telling about all sorts of promotions. It took me multiple attempts to reach the agent

Very frustrated with the customer care experience. Tried calling 3-4 times but every time it just keeps saying "press this and this," and after pressing, it repeats the same thing again and again without connecting me to an executive. The issue I am facing is not even mentioned in the app. There should be a proper and easy way to reach support. Very disappointing service.

worst customer service ever!! I have booked an appointment for a particular date and time as per my availability. but the app keeps changing the time and date in the name of fast service. what kind of fast service are you going to give if no one is available at the premises. and customer care is always not reachable. very frustrated at this point.
