Ratings and reviews

The app is well made. I think though there should be an option I think to either allow for marketing of products, or not, based on the users choice. If I know what pack to take, it's better for me to see that pack in blue and not a more expensive one, which I realise is important from a money making point of view for the company. The issue is it makes it more difficult for the user, even though it's a single click on the non-blue tile, which is an optimization that I've not seen being used.

I am not satisfied with Jio’s services. The data provided in the recharge plans gets exhausted very quickly, even with normal usage. On top of that, the recharge plans have become quite expensive compared to the amount of data offered. Overall, it does not feel like good value for money, and the experience has been disappointing.

Hello Jio Team, I am facing slow network speed issues in my area. The internet connection often becomes unstable, which affects gaming, browsing, downloading, and streaming. While playing online games, I experience frequent lag and high ping, making it very difficult to play smoothly. For the last 7 days, I have contacted Jio customer care, but they did not provide any proper solution or answer to my questions.
