extremely disappointed with the processing of the app. unable to contact any service provider for solving my issues. it is extremely difficult to understand and navigate with the app. my jio connection has been set up but my account is not linked to the app. Now I need to pay my bill as my connection got stopped but unable to pay via app. unable to contact customer care. perfect app to disturb your entire day. worst experience

I am giving a 1-star rating because I have never seen such slow internet speed before, and there is an option in the MyJio app to "Test your Network," but I think that option is just for show, because when I tapped on it, a window popped up saying "Oops, Something went Wrong," even though my internet was working at the time. But I want to tell Jio that they should at least try to provide good internet speed for the money they are charging. I hope my problem will be resolved as soon as possible.

Ownership Transfer Method is Worst and Pathetic. They rejected my application multiple times giving vague reasons like Junk Characters. I had filled the form correctly. When tried reaching out to Customer Care, IVR has no option to talk to human. When tried to mail them, they just suggest filling form again. I submitted form 10 times! still could not transfer ownership. The support system is unhelpful.
