bad ui , universal back button on Android doesn't work in this app I've award points but there is no award that can be exchanged. overall I had bad experience.

It's inconvenient to use. It keeps updating every time I open it. I also use apps from other banks, but this doesn't happen. Everything else is fine. Thanks.

I'm so disappointed ! Cuz customer service is really badly . I contact online to ask some questions but did not reply . I can't get the bonus service you mentioned although I'm doing it within the allotted time . So, Uninstall now . "! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !"
