Terrible the app crashes all the time, and you can't look up your rewards without using the app. To look just the rewards, you have to suffer it crashing 20 plus times. Only to find out you might have anything available to you anyway. What a waste of time. It is a useless app to go with a subpar hotel and casino. They need to try harder to get business.

As far as apps for casinos go, this is hands down the best and most useful. I'm able to go into the casino and without having a dollar on me, play slots or tables. It lets you link your bank account or debit card to their system. All I have to do is purchase some money through their system and I can upload it into my account... You do have to go to the cashier and have them register your account and setup the ability to be cashless but once you do, you're all set. It's really ahead of it's time

It's next to impossible to use this app as a cashless tool for casino gaming. I was in the resort for 3 days and was never able to use the funds in my account due to app errors. The support is worthless. The chat feature automatically closes before anyone can help. The email support just provides links to replicate errors. No one will help refund the money in my play+ account. It's in no way worth the hassle.
