this app works okay, but the way they do the ads is TERRIBLE!!! When I open the app, a message that it is opening comes up. Then, a full page add opens, that you can't dismiss until a timer runs down. Then you can finally close the ad. When I hear a noise outside and want to see what it is, I have to wait. By the time the app opens for me to view my cameras, whatever was there is long gone. this defeats the purpose of having live cameras. please make your ads less intrusive.

I bought 2 sets of cameras the second because I liked the first set really well. I don't know what changed shortly after purchasing the second set I started getting ads every time I open the app. now I'm getting ads just switching from one set of cameras to the other. some of the ads have 2 "x"s to close them and even the ones that only have 1 probably 80% of the time it opens the ad instead of closing it. this annoyance is not what I paid almost $1000 for. I have other complaints but no room.

I've only had the camera for maybe 2 weeks and this week it suddenly stopped working after my subscription fee was paid. I reached out to customer support who, of course, were no help at all. I still haven't been able to get my camera back online! I wouldn't recommend this app or their cameras bc when you need help troubleshooting, it won't happen!!
