horrible The person detection is incredibly unreliable. I receive notifications all day saying "Person detected," but when I open the recording, there's absolutely nobody in the frame. Meanwhile, I had 14 people coming in and out of my house during a gathering, directly in front of one of my cameras, and I didn't receive a single person detection notification. That's exactly when I needed the system to work. Trying to get support was just as frustrating. Instead of helping troubleshoot the issue

app and camera both are garbage. not reliable at all! less and less notifications come through, NOT DEPENDABLE. LOSES CONNECTION LESS THAN 10 FT FROM ROUTER. so far, not impressed at all. been one day and cameras are offline. yes they were fully charged and sitting in the sun with their solar panels. defeats the purpose of having them.

Update: this app is horrible and customer service is basically non existent. The app will not let me turn the alarm on anymore. Anytime I go to Motion Detection Alerts it takes me to Push Notification Settings! So aggrevating and unable to get anyone on their end to assist! Unable to delete events. No customer service. "Tech support" charges fee prior to giving service. I'm not about to pay without knowing that my problem is being fixed. Besides it should be free of charge as a service anyway.
