About this app
An ad-hoc announcement arrives at 7:31 a.m. The stock exchange opens at 9:00 a.m. In between, there's a lengthy mandatory text, and the question is always the same: Does this affect me, and how much?
AdhocScore analyzes the official announcements from German listed companies: ad-hoc announcements according to Article 17 MAR, directors' dealings, forecast changes, and quarterly figures. Each one is categorized for shareholders. DAX, MDAX, SDAX, TecDAX, and the smaller companies alongside them.
What you get:
• Today: the day's most important announcements from the German market, routine ones already filtered out. Your own stocks are marked.
• Your portfolio: for your companies, you can see what has been reviewed since your last visit, what was important, and which ones remained silent. Silence is a result, not an error.
• For each announcement: a summary in plain language, the figures from the original text, an assessment of the event's significance for that specific company, and what will matter next.
• Push notifications for important news from your companies, with direct access to the categorization.
• Financial calendar: upcoming dates for your companies (quarterly results, annual general meeting, dividends), provided they are listed on their own investor relations pages.
• A morning briefing every trading day at 7:30 a.m.: how many important news items are in your portfolio and on the market. If nothing has happened, you won't receive a briefing.
• A weekly review on Sundays: reviewed, important, and filtered.
• Each categorization links to the original news item. You can read everything in detail.

Not a broker, not a trading system, not a price forecast. The app does not tell you to "buy" or "sell" and does not provide investment advice. A high relevance score means: take a close look. Nothing more. The categorization is generated automatically and may contain errors; check the linked original news item before making any decisions.

Free: Up to 5 companies in your portfolio, push notifications for one of them, full analysis of every news item, weekly review.
Pro: Unlimited companies, push notifications for all, morning briefing every trading day, financial calendar for your companies, insider data and ownership history for the entire market, filters.
Pro costs €4.99 per month or €49.99 per year; the first 14 days are free. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in your Google Play subscriptions. Payment via Google Play; AdhocScore does not see any payment information.
