DispatchTrack seriously needs improvement. The app is slow, lags, and freezes often. The camera quality is poor compared to my phone. I also can't go back to completed orders to add photos. When I tap the + button, it gets stuck and won't upload pictures. Loading jobs takes too long, and switching screens is slow. These issues waste time, reduce productivity, and make the app frustrating and unreliable for daily field work.

It's very draining on my phone battery and required to stay running in the background. If that wasn't ridiculous enough, it is very annoying uploading photos. It requires 4 steps for on bloody photo! It should allow you to upload photos also. And it should be possible to delete photos and notes if needed to reenter/ upload. Lame app, slows the work!

I have read the info on your webpage. Which makes it seem great. However it doesn't do what the webpage says. Cant send custom messages to the customer. GPS is always off and thinking I'm not there when I'm in the customer's driveway. Can't use video. AI cant auto route and dispatch does it manually. Potential here but once those issues are fixed there's other things that it needs to work for the company I work for.
