Building Unity helps couples build a stronger relationship, one day at a time.

Pair with your partner in seconds using an invite code, then grow together with simple daily habits, guided tools for hard conversations, and a shared view of your progress. Working with a therapist? Connect them, and choose exactly what they can see.

DAILY CHECK-INS
• Answer a few quick questions each day: how connected, respected, and heard you feel, plus stress, mood, and energy
• Share an appreciation and what you need from your partner
• Your partner's answers unlock only after you've both checked in

ASSESSMENTS
• Explore communication, trust, conflict style, respect, love languages, and more
• See results and trends over time, in supportive, non-clinical language

TALK, REPAIR, AND REBUILD TRUST
• Communication cards and guides for reflective listening and repair
• A calm, 5-step guided conversation for working through disagreements, with a pause timer
• Trust tools: daily trust challenges, a promise tracker, a transparency journal, and healing exercises

GOALS AND GROWTH
• Set weekly, monthly, yearly, and bucket-list goals together
• Track progress on a shared relationship dashboard
• Celebrate milestones and streaks

JOURNAL AND DATE NIGHTS
• Shared couple journal, gratitude, prayer, dream, and vision entries, with private entries only you can read
• Date night ideas you can save, plan, and look back on
• A shared calendar for everything coming up

AI COMPANION (OPTIONAL)
• Reflections, conversation starters, date night ideas, and weekly encouragement
• Always supportive and never diagnostic. You choose whether to use it.

WORK WITH YOUR THERAPIST (OPTIONAL)
• Connect a licensed therapist or practice with an invitation code
• Receive and complete homework assignments
• Message your therapist securely
• You control what they can see from Consent Management and can revoke access anytime

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Only your partner sees what you share, and your therapist sees only what you allow
• Optional Face ID lock
• Delete your account anytime from Settings
