I can't even log in, and I'm a first time user! App has been granted data access in my phone's data/network manager like every other app that needs Internet access, but after entering my phone number, all I get is "Oops, an error occurred... Try again later". It's a generic error message that gives no clue about why it's not working as expected. From the other reviews, it seems to be more trouble than it's worth, so I'm sticking to the Safaricom, KCB and Tingg apps for now.

The app is overall 👌. Good work. A few issues though.. Signing up on the app was a pain. The signup form doesn't accept spaces at the end of entries, so i kept getting a KYC error (would be good to know this on the signup page). My 1st transaction was buying tokens which was immediately successful, but Vooma messages on Truecaller are marked as spam so I thought the transaction failed until a day later. I would have preferred to see the token number from within the app and not sent as a text.

I activated the app earlier but somehow it unregistered me and logged out. Been trying to get back in over 2 months but all the security questions are wrong and my password i have used for over 10 years seems not to be correct for the app. There's also no option to reset the pin. Madness!!! Such a disappointment from a reputable bank.
