Good for me until we started 2026. Now I suddenly have to enter my location for my data to be uploaded to a server otherwise I can not use the app to access the camera feed? what data? why? app update does not say anything about this update / requirement. I have already had to dispose of one camera system via another provider due to rediculous amounts of intrusive adverts.

Set up was quite easy with their wireless camera with monitor kit, especially when compared to setting up security cameras a few years ago. The only trouble I had was tapping the little button beside the privacy declaration. The only thing that wasn't so intuitive was finding the QR code on the monitor/DVR to scan to add the device to the app. Other than that it was quite painless.

Can't register, tried for hours to get the app to work on my dad's phone but the app wont let us register. I even tried my phone thinking there were some settings on my dad's phone which was stopping it. No, after reading reviews I now see it's the annke sight app itself that is so poorly made that it's basically useless. I wish I knew this before purchasing the cameras as using the app on the phone was a big part of the purchase and thinking annke was a name you can trust and rely on.
