It works, however it is concerning that Annke automatically connects to a Chinese based cloud server. It was easy enough to see it on my network traffic and I was able to firewall it. Backing this up to a NAS is a pain but doable with trial and error. And the web interface is buggy and slow. However the camera and apps work, just not with your privacy (and security) at the front.

Had to upgrade my dvr unit because I'm upgrading the cameras and I got a PTZ. The app will only move the PTZ the full motion- if you want it to go up, it goes all the way up, right - All the way to the right, etc. I've changed the PTZ speed, tapped the button, tapped the direction arrows - nothing helps. The other non PTZ cameras have no issues with the app and function as they always have. Just the controls for the PTZ do NOT work

Need a way to download videos in bulk or at least sections. This is not available in app or desktop version. Having to manually record any times needed for archive is not a viable option. Also, there is no option to watch at faster than real-life speed on app or desktop. Add these essential features, and I'll change my score. If not, I will eventually have to buy a new system and will not purchase Annke ever again due to these limitations. I HAVE ALREADY REACHED OUT TO TECH SUPPORT DIRECTLY.
