ELD COMPLIANCE
The Motive Driver App makes recording Hours of Service (HOS) on your Android phone or tablet fast and easy.
It complies with the FMCSA regulations, including Part 395. When used with the Motive Vehicle Gateway device, the app helps fleets and individual commercial drivers meet their obligations outlined under the ELD mandate.
Supports current Canadian Federal Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.
Connect the Motive Driver App to the Motive Vehicle Gateway via Bluetooth to stay compliant through an electronic logging device (ELD).
Proactively alerts you when you’re running out of driving time to avoid Hours of Service (HOS) violations.
Displays total hours worked for the week and your available Hours of Service for any given day and the following day.
Can be switched to Inspection Mode to show ELD logs to an officer during a roadside inspection without compromising the driver’s privacy.

TRACKING & TELEMATICS
When dispatched, GPS location data is shared to the Motive Fleet Dashboard to update dispatchers and fleet managers on stops and arrivals.

Ratings and reviews

Great ELD app, but last update kinda ruined it. At the end of the day when I go home and turn off the app. It's constantly nagging me that I have disconnected from the truck. It never done that before, its annoying seeing these notifications none stop when home. Only way to stop it now is to turn off notifications or silence the notifications from this app when I'm at home. Can you fix this? Thank you.

Issues have become a daily occurrence. from the time you try to get the system to begin working throughout the entire day, straight up to the end. It won't even let you log out. we have the internet included with it , and it goes down constantly. I'll try to switch over it from my phone from time to time and you can tell it's the motive app in the system that's not working as a whole.

Invasive AF, it accesses far more than it needs to. Make sure to completely delete the app once you're done with work every single day or it will continue recording data and sending it. If you're in California, a friendly reminder that if your employer insists on using anything that tracks you after your scheduled work hours they have to pay you for the hours tracked.
