About this app

Keryka turns any Android TV, TV box, or tablet into a professional digital signage screen. Pair a screen in seconds with a 6-character code, then publish from your browser — no cables, no USB sticks, no site visits.

WHAT YOU CAN SHOW
• Product showcases with live titles, prices and images from your store
• Promotions, offers and countdowns
• Images, video and PDF
• News and RSS tickers
• Clocks, QR codes and live metrics

HOW IT WORKS
1. Install Keryka Player on the screen and open it.
2. A 6-character pairing code appears.
3. Claim the code in your Keryka dashboard.
4. Publish. The screen updates over the air, instantly.

BUILT FOR UNATTENDED SCREENS
• Content updates without touching the device
• Keeps playing from a cached fallback if the network drops
• Scheduling — the right content at the right time of day or week
• Portrait and landscape
• Remote restart, health and status reporting

ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE DISCLOSURE

Keryka Player includes an optional Accessibility Service named "Keryka Player auto-launch". Enabling it is not required to use the app.

WHY IT EXISTS
A signage screen has to come back on its own after a power cut or a reboot — often on a wall or ceiling nobody can reach. From Android 10 onwards, an app may not start itself in the background after boot. On stock Android TV, enabling this service is the only available way for Keryka Player to restart automatically and resume playing your content unattended.

WHAT IT DOES
One thing only: starts Keryka Player after the device finishes booting.

WHAT IT DOES NOT DO
• It does not read, record or transmit screen content
• It does not monitor, log or collect user interactions
• It does not collect or share any personal or user data
• It does not change device settings, and does not prevent any app from being disabled or uninstalled

The service observes no accessibility events, is declared with canRetrieveWindowContent="false", and is limited to Keryka Player's own package. It is used purely to obtain the launch context Android requires to start the player at boot.

YOUR CONTROL
Android requires you to turn it on yourself — the app cannot enable it. Go to Settings → Accessibility → "Keryka Player auto-launch". You can turn it off again at any time in the same place. Without it, Keryka Player works exactly the same; you would just open it by hand after a reboot.

Keryka Player is not an accessibility tool and is not designed to assist users with disabilities. It does not declare isAccessibilityTool.
