Love my machine and auto shipments, but this 1 star is for the app; this app needs some serious improvement. Besides the remote brew function, I can't use the app for anything else since all I do is sit in a 'loading' screen until it goes blank... or, if it does ever load, I can't even find the page I am looking for to begin with. Have to order, edit autos deliveries, or account management from browser website because this app is so unintuitive and unoptimized.

The app logs me out all of the time, forgets my fingerprint, and has no option to add a second user, making it especially inconvenient to handle the "smart" features, since my wife is the account owner with Keurig, and I'm of the tech troubleshooter. I thought it will be nice to have a coffee machine that learns my brew and get to it quickly and conveniently. This app is exactly what a person does not want to deal with 1st thing in the morning.

App does not close or allow exiting out from page. If making any changes to auto-delivery schedule app buffers like it is trying to download the changes but doesn't complete the change. App is super bugging, very slow, and difficult to use. I do like the convenience of having the app to order coffee from and overall the prices are good so far; just need to make this app compatible with android phones please. 🙏
